Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Navi: the browser extension, the website, your account, and the credits you buy. By using Navi or buying credits, you agree to them.

What Navi is

Navi is an AI guide that shows you, one step at a time, how to do things on websites. It points; you click. Navi doesn't act for you, and you stay responsible for what you do on any website, including purchases, settings, and messages you send.

Navi is AI and can make mistakes. It can misread a page, suggest the wrong button, or not find what you asked for, especially if the website doesn't offer it. Check important steps yourself, and don't rely on Navi for legal, medical, financial, or safety decisions.

Your account

Credits and payments

All sales are final

Credits are added to your account immediately, so all sales are final and we don't give refunds, including for unused credits. If Navi's own service fails at the start of a task, those credits come back automatically.

If you think you were charged in error (for example, charged twice for one purchase), contact us at architectai027@gmail.com first so we can look into it. Opening a chargeback with your bank without contacting us may lead to your account being suspended.

Fair use

Changes and availability

Navi is still growing. Features, prices, and these terms may change; when the terms change in an important way, we'll update this page and the date above. We can't promise Navi will always be available or error-free, and websites Navi guides you on can change at any time.

Liability

Navi is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses caused by following Navi's suggestions or by changes on the websites you use, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the previous 12 months.

Privacy

How Navi handles your data is explained in the privacy policy.
